Because study material is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the material has been sent. If your download fails or you receive the wrong material, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Online classes
Class bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. After the course starts, your seat may be moved to the next intake instead.
