RE5 is the Regulatory Examination for Representatives under the FAIS Act. It tests your knowledge of the legislation that governs financial services in South Africa and is required before you can act as a representative without supervision.

RE1 is written by Key Individuals who manage or oversee the financial services rendered by an FSP. It covers governance, oversight and compliance responsibilities.
