RE5 is built around 8 tasks and RE1 around 16, and every single task is tested at least once. Nobody tells you that, so you read hundreds of pages of legislation with no sense of what counts.
Recall alone won't get you to 66%
Only about a third of the paper is straight recall. The rest asks you to interpret a rule, apply it to a client situation, or judge the best action — and reading a summary once never builds that.
