Social Media Manager (& PA to the Director)

What you'll manage
Social Media Platforms
Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
Website Management
Update and manage www.re-examprep.online — content, blogs, pages and courses — keeping it current, engaging and SEO-friendly.
Content Creation
Plan, create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) that educates, inspires and converts.
Community Engagement
Respond to messages, comments and enquiries, and build strong relationships with our audience.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance, analyse results and provide insights to grow the brand and increase sales.
You'll also
Personal Assistant to the Director
Manage the director's calendar, travel arrangements, documents, meetings and daily admin.
2 Week Training
Complete a two-week training and onboarding programme covering our systems, brand, products and strategy.
We provide
Laptop, phone and data — everything you need to succeed.
What we're looking for
- Previous RE5 client (you know our products and how we help)
- Proven experience in social media management and website management
- Strong content creation, copywriting and design skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management
- Acts with initiative, proactive and detail-oriented
- Marketing qualification OR proof of completing free classes in AI marketing (provide certificate/s)
- A personal social media account with at least 4 000 genuine followers and a portfolio of traceable, original content showing consistent growth and engagement
- Matric (Grade 12) — essential
- South African citizen
- Passion for growing brands and helping others succeed
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
